First-time customers are encouraged to schedule a preliminary diagnostic visit.

Yampa Valley Mechanical will come to your location and review your HVAC system.

This allows us to document the system's mechanical components (e.g., the make and model of your boiler, the air filter sizes in your central air system, etc.), should we need to order replacement parts.

Additionally, this visit provides an opportunity for us to discuss any issues or performance changes you've observed in operation of your equipent.

There are a lot of systems in the valley that are 'unorthodox'.

These include systems that were installed decades ago, and are held together with bubble gum and bailing twine, through brand new installations that never worked from day one.

If your system is down, you want the best diagnostic tech that you can find. The work takes knowledge, patience, good diagnostic tools, and a methodical workflow.

It is the technician who shows up who will perform the diagnosis, not the company's marketing team.

There are great techs in the world, and there are some in the county. (We aren't afraid to call them when we need help.)

We can't guarantee we can give you an easy fix. But we can promise we will take a sober, methodological approach to working through your problems.
