Our HVAC Services
Heating System Repair
Heating systems have two critical jobs.
(1) They produce heat.
(2) They distribute heat.
The heat producing system needs to be kept in good working order (heat exchangers clean, sensors cleaned and tested, etc.).

The heat distributing system needs to be kept in good working order (fans and pumps clean and in good working order, filters clean, sediment removed, etc.).

Neglect can result in decreased efficiency and equipment lifespan.
System Installation
We are a service oriented company.

This informs our installations, and drives our designs.

We aren't just thinking about getting the system running, we are thinking about how to keep it running.

In hydronic systems, we think about how we are going to flush the system to remove unwanted sediment.

In AC systems, we think about how we are going to have access the refrigerant lines for annual start up, clean and maintain the coils and fans.
Fan Motor Replacement
Air movement over heating and cooling elements is a critical component to the function and longevity of many HVAC systems.

Fans cycle frequently, and for prolonged periods of time. Even the best built motors eventually need to be replaced.

The most common symptom of a fan motor in need of service is noisy operation.
Heat Pump Repair
Heat Pumps are interesting pieces of equipment in the Yampa Valley. They can be outstanding performers in the shoulder seasons, and on those cooler summer mornings.

Our coldest winter days can push them beyond their design limitations, but they have a efficient place in a well designed system.

It is critical that they are sized and installed to the highest professional standards to maximized their performance potential.
Air Conditioning Repair
Air conditioning systems can include heating, cooling, and air quality components. When properly designed and maintained, individual components support the overall function of the system.

When parts fail within the system, the result can be additional strain on the rest of the system, increasing wear and decreasing overall system longevity and efficiency.

Repairs should be scheduled as soon possible after a problem has been identified.
System Commissioning
Commissioning is the process of preparing the installed HVAC system for operation. This can include the method and details of how refrigerant lines are evacuated and charged, the process of analyzing and chemically stabilizing the fluids in a hydronic system, how control systems are set up and interact.
This process is critical for the performance and longevity of HVAC systems.
It can be equipment and attention intensive, and is something that we take very seriously.
